Called in (on behalf of the wife) to inquire about a condition she was experiencing in relation to her cataract. The receptionist taking the initial phone call was extremely professional and helpful, in not only providing us with all the pertinent info, but assisting and guiding us throughout the entire process. The appointment was scheduled and we were able to see Dr Chaudhry at our convenience the very next day.
Came in to their office for the scheduled appointment and I must say, the reviews on google was spot on accurate! All other practices around the same vicinity pale in comparison to this fairly new establishment located in the west end of Brampton - clean and bright, they do have all the latest gadgets and all their equipments are digital! No waiting lines!
My family and I had the pleasure to meet with Dr Chaudhry for the first time ever and she is, without a doubt, amazing at her profession! She is highly educated, has outstanding credentials, very knowledgeable in her field, well experienced and diverse to deal with practically all kinds of personal circumstances in our opinion! Our time spent at her office practice was both educational and positive!
Essentially, we have found our new eye doctor for the foreseeable future and have no reservations making a switch in service provider!
